Pastor John and Diane Lucas have been in pastoral ministry for over 35 years, entering full time ministry in September 1974. They are both graduates of Philadelphia College of Bible (now Philadelphia Biblical University). Both have B. S. Degrees in Bible and doctrine with Diane’s professional studies in the area of Cross-Cultural Studies. Pastor Lucas’ area of professional studies was in Pastoral Ministries. Pastor Lucas has also received training in counseling from Dr. John Bettler at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation which was begun by noted author, Dr. Jay Adams. Since coming to New York in 2001, Pastor Lucas has completed training as a coach to assist churches in his district through Natural Church Development.

Ordained in the
Christian and Missionary Alliance, Pastor Lucas, along with his wife, has served pastorates in 3
states, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York.
He is a native of Coudersport, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Cameron County High School in Emporium.
Diane was born and raised in Rochester, New Hampshire and a graduate of the Spaulding High School.
Pastor Lucas not only ministers through the word but is a gifted musician and song writer as well.
The Lucas’ have four children, and three grandchildren.
